I didn't read it anywhere in the description but the outer threads actually mate perfectly with 1 1/4 NPT, which was a happy accident because that's exactly what I wanted to put it in. I've gotten products like this from other sellers and they have the same quirk: once you've screwed the two large plastic parts together you cannot unscrew them, so you need to make sure all of the wiring is done and secure before putting it all together. If you do that then these things work great, but I had to learn it on my own.

It does what it is suppose to do.

Fast delivery. I rebuilt some lamps using thi socket. They all work great.

Strain relief is cheap and unable. Two of the 5 pendants I wired with these stripped and fell within a few minutes of hanging. Extremely disappointed.
