Not for me
This product did not work for me. I still had heavy night sweats and and tossed and turned every night. So the sleep quality was on ground zero. Did not improve my mood either, kind of made me feel depressed.

didn't work for me
I had to get off my estrogen tablets and thought this would be a good substitute if i actually needed them. Im 62 and thought i wouldn't need them anymore, Well these didn't work for me at all. I haven't finished the bottle and i will keep taking them but i have been sweating like crazy. Maybe they will work for you but they didn't work for me.
