Amazing customer service and excellent product
The item was lovely, just as described and super cute, and customer service was amazing - there was a problem with my initial order, I was sent the wrong item. I was promptly given a refund but the item I should have received was out of stock. The sellers communication was fantastic when I messaged them and then a few weeks later I was sent a replacement along with an extra wee octopus, and a lovely personal letter too. Absolutely made my day :) It is so nice to know that some sellers really genuinely care about their customers and will go out of their way to set things right 😀 very very happy customer ❤
