Odd taste
Has a metallic taste. Since using this my hot flashes occur MORE often but it may just be my.hormones adjusting. I will stick with it for a bit.

I keep seeing people say things about their menopause symptoms although these ingredients may help with some menopause symptoms I thought this specific one was for overall women reproductive health and digestion help most of these ingredients help with menstrual cramps and things for the people who are going through menopause yall should have gotten thee “Meno-denfense” herbal liquid they have one specifically for menopause and it have different herbs in it then this one ….i have been taking this for a while now and i love it i use to get severe menstrual cramps and a very very severely heavy flow now i don’t I have tried prescribed medication and it never worked but this did and I will be sticking with it
