App kept crashing, otherwise was a great and cute camera.
Loved this, the picture was great especially for the price but every time I got a motion alarm the app kept crashing on my iPhone and my iPad. If the app was better I would have kept it I was bummed to see it go! But I had to return it.

Great product
I had no problems with set up or the camera's function. I did send mine back due to it was just not what I needed it for. I needed more of a baby monitor and my iPhone volume was not loud enough for me. Otherwise a great product with easy set up & usage .

OK, but not portable.
Worked great when we set it up the first time.However, we can't get it to work on any other Wifi in a different location so we can't take it when we visit family or travel, as it doesn't work on any network but the one it was originally set up on. Even after a hard reset.Support was not helpful.

The noise has to go.
The camera works fine but each time I access the app to turn on the camera it makes that loud noise that wakes up my baby. Something has to be done about this. I would like to know how to get rid of that noise

The camera quality was OK, but it tend to switch night mode so easily in .Motion detection did not work well, and COT Pro application was not responsible, because of this application, it dragged hardware value.

Poor- waste of your money.
Doesn’t work. Poor app, poor camera quality. Doesn’t give any notification. You get what you pay for

Not reliable
The image quality is great as long as your phone will connect to their service. And there is no customer support. I was very hopeful, but the reliability is just not there.
