Does what it proposes

This is a glycerite which means the nettle leaf constituents have been extracted into vegetable glycerin instead of alcohol as is the case in tinctures. Because of the glycerin, this has a sweet flavor which makes taking it much easier. I can put this under my tongue for sublingual absorption or add it to coffee, tea, or really any beverage. It doesn't spike my blood sugar either, but your experience may differ. Nettle is something I use for general wellness and to curb allergies, but again, your mileage may vary. This is a 4-ounce bottle which at this price point makes it a good value. The bottle is tinted glass with a built-in dropper in the cap.
