Brilliant lock.... Make sure you measure your existing one to get the right size. This took literally 2 minutes to fit. The screw supplied was too long for my door so I just used the one from the lock I was replacing. So simple. Smooth operation and supplied with 5 keys! Couldnt have asked for better.

Very happy with these locks that are widely recommended for domestic security . Good quality. Meet the standard that I wanted as I needed to upgrade 2. Easy to fit, did both in 15 minutes. Also considerably less money than the big name brands

Bought this lock to replace an old one when I moved house. It was easy to fit and install, and feels sturdy. It was good value for money as it saved on hiring a locksmith. The keys are easy to use and the product is functional, although they only work one way around in the lock which takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you have guests using the lock. It seems secure but I can't comment on this as I am not a burglar!

Like others have reviewed, these are 3 star rated, so apparently meant to be very secure, I cannot really verify that personally as i don't know enough about locks, but the features described certainly makes it sound more secure. Putting the above aside, I want to mention two negatives relating to operarion of the lock, something that bugs me every time I use the lock. First is that the key has to be right way up, I that is a design point, I suspect because the dimples on the key is on one side only, nevertheless, very annoying when in the dark and it isn't easy to tell from rest of the key shape which side is up or down. Second annoying thing is that the barrel does not do a smooth full turn, I.e. the key doesn't turn all the way around smoothly, there is a clunk thay prevents it turning, unless the key is not just all the way in, but a little extra pressure is applied - not sure if I have explained clearly, but it's like you push the key in, and then push it again, ever so slightly more, I'm talking probably just 1mm. Not sure if this is some kind of design feature or a fault but either way it is so annoying, took me a while to even figure out why I could not turn the key around to unlock it. Also it is the double keyed alike locks I got, one has this 'issue', and the other has it intermittently, again not sure if it is a design thing but in my case one of my locks definitely appears to have a fault. I will give it a few days and see if this is something I can maybe live with it or not and the will decided if I give the locks back. I bought two sets of double and 1 set of single.

Front door lock jamming. Needed rapid high quality replacement. This was my choice and it's A1 and an easy fit, 10 minutes max. All you need is a screwdriver and some grease. Secure installation. Would buy again and, by the way it comes with 5 keys.

Excellent! Took a couple minutes to fit, if that. Great quality lock, nice that it comes with 5 keys & a code to approach the company for more. Great value for money.

Feels very sturdy, secure and fits perfectly. They keys felt a bit sticky the first few times of use, but soon wear in. Great price considering it comes with 5 keys!
