CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a mixed bag supplement. Some people swear by it. Other people think it is voodoo medicine and a waste of money. As with any supplement, most people (including myself) advise that the individual do their own research and decide if the product is right for you and your fitness/dietary requirements. If it is, great. If it is not, it’s time to walk off the lot and try something else. The most common questions I hear about CLA are: does it work? Is it worth the purchase price? Again, what works for one may not work for another individual. Everyone’s body composition is different. Therefore, do your own research. There is no miracle supplement on the market. Does it work? It’s hard to say. If your diet and exercise routine is on point, CLA may ASSIST you with reaching your fitness goals. However, it doesn’t WORK for you per se’. The individual puts in the hard work. Again, if your diet and exercise routine is on point while taking CLA - is it the CLA or your hard work that’s winning the race? Hard to say. What I do know is: I haven’t suffered any internal side effects from taking CLA. Long term use may be a different story. Inflammation? Hmmm? More research studies need to be reviewed. I suggest the same practice for any individual reading this review. The information is out there, go read it/watch it. In the end, my three star review is not because the BB product is bad. No, I’m just still on the fence, time will tell, and I don’t want to mislead anyone with a one or five star review.

I received an email asking me what I thought of the product I purchased. All I can say is that I'm happy I got it (no damage) but I haven't gotten around to using it on account of several factors: 1. I haven't started working out again. 2. I'm currently working on a program to get my ass back into gear (things are starting to wear on me, so believe me, I'm working on it). 3. Just got a job, so I'm factoring in how I'm going to go about this. The other thing I would like to mention here is that once I've started taking the supplements and gauging its effects, I'll be posting an update on the product then. Until now, there's your current status on a review. I'll be sure and give a more complete rating and review of the product then. Thanks to anyone taking the time to have read this.

Great investment in combination of a healthy diet

Standard fare CLA. Some people like it, some people don't. I happen to think it does something for body composition during a cut, so I take it (I usually see noticable results if my diet and exercise are on point). Never taken this brand before, and CLA is a long term thing, so we will see. Fast shipping, good packaging and softgels look fresh.Will update with any changes, but I expect it'll be a good cycle!

I noticed results with taking this supplement when adding healthy eating and exercise. I feel like it help me lose inches as well.

I’ve had CLA tablets that stick together in the bottle. These seem to be much lighter and easier to swallow and when they settle they DONT stick together. That’s a win to me.
