PUPPYOO WP9002F Powerful Bagless Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner 800W Multi-Cyclone System Low Noise

I bought this for typical household use. We are not regular on our house admin, but also do not need a vortex every month to clean the house. It lasted for a half dozen uses (about 6 months on) before completely failing and refusing to turn on again.Extremely disappointed, the product seemed ok, cheap build plastic but this is a budget hoover. The suction was alright (while it lasted). Would give the vendor the benefit of the doubt that this was a one off, if they resolve this issue and replace it...

This is quite low tech, cord a bit short. But its a brilliant vacuum, an absolute bargain for the price, very light and the wife loves it. We have spent fortunes on high tech hoovers only to find their ability to pick up small bits of paper to be terrible. The big boys could learn a lot from this manufacturer. Would buy another at the drop of a hat. Highly recommended.

Good power easy to assemble lightweight but after using mine just 2 times it just stopped working completely for no reason contacted Amazon got to send it back gutted I really thought this was going to be good but mine packed in after 2 short hoovering times it could be just a simple fault with mine it is really powerful thou and a nice hoover when they refund me because they can't just replace I will try another 1. Update I couldn't get another 1 so i bought a henry so glad I did guys if you want a cleaner don't waste your time just get a henry you won't regret it .👍🏼

Totally rubbish and I don't recommend for anyone

I disliked the way the pole fitted into the hose it's a little tight and the way it emptied as it's still a little messy. It's a cheap version of a vacume I used to have but it will do the job I've got it for. Smaller than I thought it was,I expected it a little larger. I wasn't a low noise as I thought!,but the suction was ok.

The Puppywoo vacuum cleaner we started using today. Instructions brief but easy to understand. The machine was easily fitted together and use. Emptying the cylinder was very easy. What else to say? Suction powerful, not excessively noisy. Would say that the parts are all moulded plastic and could be considered a little fragile. Don't bash around! Recommended product! Great value compared to the high prices of some other cleaners.Within an hour of using this cleaner for the first time it stopped working. We cannot get it to come on again. Am trying to send the company an email but that doesn't seem to be working either. Not at all happy!A few days later, Puppyoo responded very quickly and sent a replacement cleaner. The motor stopped working after about 15 minutes and I assumed it had burned out. Was ready to discard it but my partner advised me to wait. After an hour the vacuum cleaner started working again. I'm assuming it has some kind of thermostat control built in?

Love and it works perfect would be purchasing another it does the job it says. I have dogs and often the hair get in the house and it's wonderful for that . When cleaning the stairs gets all the corners and very easy to clean and good as an indoor vacuum.light and easy to. Carry

i am trying to find filter at the rear but not available . as rear filter will splash out as soon you power on. bad build quality
