It is a portable neck fan. My mother uses it when the weather becomes too hot. It has 3 speeds. It won't take your hair off your head but it does evaporate perspiration from your forehead. This does help to keep you feeling more comfortable. It is pretty quiet even at the highest speed especially when you consider the fan is placed around your neck. So overall the comfort vs sound pollution is well balanced. Its easy to use and charge. Its lightweight, so you can have it around your neck for hours without fatigue. For the money it is a solution well worth trying if you really struggle in hot weather. Good bit of kit.

I like the colour and design of this one. Could have had one more higher setting but battery lasts pretty well and overall it's a good fan.

Ok good points - it works and it works really well - the different speeds are fantastic and it definitely helps cool you down and quickly - it seems well made and is kind of comfortable Bad points It's heavy and noisy. I tend to have an ear bud in while cooking dinner - I have to turn the volume right up when wearing the fan. You also know you are wearing it - which sounds odd but because it's heavy you can't forget your wearing it I tried my friends and hers was much lighter, but still as noisy and didn't have as much power Battery life is holding well have done one full charge and worn for a out and hour every day this week at least and not yet had any indication it needs charging. Is it a good fan yes Would I buy it again probably not but the heaviness and noisyness might be a personal thing ?

This is a very good product to keep you cool. Well made, I saw this neck fan documented in an article in the Guardian newspaper on products to keep you cool. It is well built, I am disabled with one hand that works, the only drawback is I have to switch it on before I put it round my neck, it could be improved if it had a remote that you could use to adjust it, but apart from that it is very good.

Very impressed with the quality of the fan, it’s robust and feels expensive. I have been using it for a few days and it hasn’t had to be charged yet! A number of speed settings, which is brilliant. Not noisy in lowest setting, but noisier on higher settings, but I found myself not remembering it was there as I went about my normal day. Combats those sudden ‘hot flushes’. Brilliant. Very pleased.

Delivered on time. Appears very good quality. Very effective in moderate temperature when on low setting. Not yet experienced very hot conditions, it is quite noisy on high speed setting but probably wouldn't need max speed for long.

I just received this Jisulife Life 4 neck fan and tried it out on my 8 km walk. It was a toasty 34 degrees and I would not have been able to walk without this fan. I started out using the first setting, but had to progress speed to level 4 as the temp rose. It is a perfect accessory for walking in the heat of summer. I wanted to sit and read on my patio and I could not have done so without this fan. As a couple of others stated, there doesn’t seem to be any air coming from the back vents, so I’m not sure the purpose of those vents at the back. I find this fan runs quiet and even at the higher levels it was not a distraction for me. I could hear my music and surrounding noises perfectly, and, the purpose for wearing it is to be comfortable in hot weather. I know I will find it very helpful when I start going to the gym in the fall. I find this fan to be lightweight and not an impediment while walking. I barely noticed it around my neck. I tried a different model that felt very heavy. I especially like the back collar that adds to the comfort level. It appears to be a good quality fan and the foggy grey colour is very attractive looking without drawing attention to it. Two others saw and tried my fan and were impressed and are ordering one. This fan is a must for the hot weather months. I would highly recommend this model of Jisulife neck fan, which seems to be an upgrade from the classic model that is listed as more expensive, at least on Amazon. The product arrived within two days of ordering with my prime membership and Amazon was very prompt notifying me of a day delay, no doubt due to volume during prime days.
