I bought this on a lark. It arrived quickly, is as described and the instructions are good. While, I've only been using it a short time - less than a week, it does feel amazing and makes my face feel soft. I have used it on my neck and décolleté. I don't know if it works to smooth and diminish lines or puffiness - there's been no change for me - but it feels really, really good. So, that in and of itself, makes it worth the price for me.
