Works well - consider which one you get
I went back and forth on whether to buy the full size or the mini version. I read that on the full size version you have to hold the button down to keep it running. Because of that, I went with the mini. What I would say is, if you want this primarily for areas like your neck and shoulders, get the mini. You don't want to have to hold the button when trying to get to those areas. If you're more focused on legs and hamstrings, get the full sized. The mini is great on legs too but the design and size of the big one would be better for those areas. It works well enough that I may get the big one too. My main issue lately is cramps in my neck, but I also have to keep my hamstrings loose to avoid back issues. Good product.

Good, but could be better…
I was excited to get this massager after seeing a runner I follow use it on his feet. I’m always looking for ways to help my feet feel better after a run (or just a long day at work), so I thought I’d try it out. I will say, it does feel great on my feet. I leave it in the cradle and use it for 10-15 minutes on each foot, and I feel like a new person! 2 flaws, however - 1. I really don’t like that, in order to use it anywhere else, the power button has to be held down. There has to be a better way. 2. It’s so loud! It’s loud when it spins in the cradle just by itself, but add the weight of a foot on there and holy cow! If you’ve ever seen the original “War of the Worlds” movie, think back to when the aliens fire their weapons - that’s what it sounds like! I don’t like to use it when anyone else is in the house, because it’s a really irritating sound. I thought maybe mine was defective, but I see from the videos it’s that way for everyone. You’d think something this expensive would operate a little more quietly. So - I love it for my feet. It also feels good on my legs, but it’s awkward to have to hold the power button down. I wish I could use it on my back, shoulders, or neck, but it’s large, heavy, and very awkward to hold. I don’t know that I’d buy it again, knowing all of this, but since I have it, I’m gonna use the heck out of it after training runs or just on tired and sore feet. If nothing else, it works great for that!

Hold off - Could be QC issues
I need to reach out, I have 3 of these, 1 feels like it's not as strong as the others, but works fine. The 2nd one has a loud "clicking" like something internally is loose, so I replaced it, and this one is grinding, like something is too tight, or bent out of the box, so the speed changes every rotation. Seems like there's some QC issues there. Going to return this one and hope it works normally or i'll just return all of them and move on to another product. If it didn't have the QC issues it'd honestly be a fanstastic product. Will update after returning two of these and upon receiving another replacement. Reached out to their support email on their website. Provided videos. Their customer service is a chatbot. A good chatbot, but a chatbot. Ultimately they said return all 3 to amazon and hope for a good one to arrive. I'm debating on ordering a 4th one...or just waiting 6 months and see if they resolve any of these issues. But I'm not spening ~$150.00 on a new product that has this many back to back issues.

Next best thing to a massage!
The quality of the roller is top notch. Easy to charge up, and easy to use. Seems more therapeutic than just using a foam roller. My only complaint is that, when not on the stand, you have to hold in the "use" button to keep it rolling. So, I'm figuring out how to keep it on the stand, and then lay down to get in different body positions to roll my arms. Worth the effort, as it feels really great and deep.

Loud and Slow
I ordered this because I was in the market for a lightweight handheld tool as I feel with chronic fatigue so a lighter and smaller product is key. This was much heavier than expected, slower rotations than expected even on the fastest mode, and is SO loud. Maybe the neurospice in me, but the pitch and loudness of the motor alone was a nonstarter for me - even if everything else had been A++ The nubs are big and kinda hurt when you’re moving along and hit bone. Can’t speak to durability or quality as I didn’t continue using the product.

Worth it!
I’ve been waiting years for a brand to come out with a massager like this. As a Barber who stands hours a day, my tight calves and plantar fasciitis really appreciate this device.

Excellent for muscle issues.
Can not say enough good things about this device. I recently had a hip replacement and my muscles were so hard they felt like bone. I wish I had known about this earlier. I hope I don't have any issues with the device down the road, but so far, for me, this has been one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. My progress at PT increased exponentially after I bought this. Great purchase!!
