Beautiful furniture but screw adjustments were difficult
The furniture is a mixture of gray tones which I wanted for my new composite decking. We assembled the first chair without seeing the warning to "loosely" tighten screws until all are inserted then tighten. There were gaps between the screws and furniture panels. On the second chair we heeded the warning of loosely inserting screws first. Still had gaps between the screws and panels of the chairs. Stripped one screw trying to tighten it to close the gaps. Other than the screws the furniture seems quality.

Is Exactly As Marketed
The only problem I had was a rubber cap on a leg was missing. Well built, pretty easy to put together, and, it really looks very nice!

Great buy!
The only thing a bit wrong for me is the height of the back cushion. And that's why the 4 stars instead of 5. A little low for comfort. Well made and otherwise comfortable. I bought 2 sets. Arrived soon in perfect condition. Have to put together but I did it. 71 year old woman and no problem!

Very happy customer
Very comfortable and sturdy for the price. I have an issue with one of the chairs that it was not alliance properly. I contact the company and replace it with a new one very promptly. Very satisfied with the company and the product.I definitely will buy from this company again.

Poor Quality
This item was made very poorly. Holes for screws were completely missing, making it unstable. The holes that were there didn't line up. The pillows are not seeming to lose the wrinkles from their packing them within the pieces. All in all I guess you get what you pay for....
