I have significant neck and lower back issues related to degenerating discs. I recently took a new job which landed me back in an office away from my expensive, high-end office chair at home.When my new company offered to purchase a more ergonomic and comfortable chair for my office, my budget was not expansive enough for the name brand I have at home. My search landed on this Gabrylly economic office chair as a fair compromise. It turns out this chair has been FAR more than a compromise.My Gabrylly chair is not missing any of the comfort and back support I have in my chair at home. While there are fewer adjustment options on the Gabrylly, it has what I consider to be a core set of adjustment options: height, recline tension, recline lock, arm rest height, arm rest extension, and arm rest angle. The head rest is also adjustable in height and angle.The foot rest is a nice added feature. Initially, I didn't think I'd need it, but it actually is saving my under-desk garbage can from being deformed and my Ethernet connection from getting knocked out whenever I want to stretch my legs during a marathon Zoom or Teams call.It assembled fairly easily - they even tell you how to use the shipping box to help during assembly. I was able to do it in my office with the included t-handle hex tool. I did run into a slight issue with the gas rod. I reached out to Gabrylly support by email and received a quick and courteous response from Cayla. A new part was shipped immediately and arrived in two business days. I was incredibly impressed with Cayla's friendly response and follow-up throughout the process. It's good to know that, while I hope to never need support again, I'll be able to count on them if I do.I'm pretty happy with the build quality. It's too soon to comment on longevity, but I feel confident this chair will last. It's comparable to my chair at home, and at >$500 less expensive, I'm extremely impressed with the comfort and quality. I did purchase an aftermarket set of rubber rollerblade style chair casters, but I have those on my chair at home as well. (I've yet to find a set of stock casters that compare.) That being said, the chair is comparable to the higher end office chairs out there.In conclusion, I highly recommend this chair. It looks sharp, goes together easily, has great build quality, and most importantly, has the functions I need to help with my lower back and neck pain. We were so impressed with the first chair that we ordered a second one shortly thereafter.First: Excellent packaging -- The outside box was sturdy; parts were individually wrapped and labelled; extra screws of each size were included.Second: Assembly -- Instructions were clear; step-by-step; illustrations; on-line videos if needed.Third: Design and comfort -- Excellent in both areas; enough adjustments to provide a comfort level for everyone.Fourth: Customer service -- May, a company intern, was very helpful and assisted in procuring lumbar pillows for each chair even though they had to come from two different sources.Fifth: Satisfaction -- Thoroughly pleased with both chairs; no problems with parts and no missing parts; an excellent chair at an excellent price.

I can't believe how well packaged and thought out the chair is. Why is this a big deal? Because it shows the company cares versus the crap other companies sent. The chair is lightweight but sturdy. Arms adjust forward backward, inward outward, up and down. Chair adjusts up and down. Has a nice headrest, footrest and lumbar adjustment. reclines with a lock mechanism. It's comfortable on the tush. It would be nice if the recline lock include more positions but there is an adjustment on the bottom to allow for more motion which is working well. If I had to say anything negative, it seems the chair could raise up higher. If you are over 5' 11", you may want to look for something else, but that could come down to preference. Overall, I am satisfied and also impressed by the level of care, the quality of parts and wrapping and the instruction video accessible via qr scan code.

I must say, I was very skeptical buying an ergonomic chair. I have been dealing with back pain for a while. Working from home and spending countless hours sitting was beginning to become unbearable. After researching and reading reviews, I settled on this chair. It had high remarks and was affordable. It is surprisingly very comfortable and has helped with the back pain in a tremendous way. I would definitely recommend this chair and even consider buying another one. I would have given it a 5 except the arm rest move and are not stationary. Other than that is made very well and is heavy and sturdy. Directions were great and took me about 2 hours to put together. I work at a slower pace nowadays though. 😁

I don’t normally leave reviews but this chair is amazing! I have used several chairs in the past racing / ergonomic and they don’t even come close to the comfort of this chair. Putting it together was simple and the instructions made it really easy. It has very nice quality material that feels sturdy and everything is adjustable even the armrests and headrest. The adjustable lumbar support is amazing and if you need more lumbar support they offer a high quality memory foam pillow which feels great and helps a lot with my back pain. It also comes with a warranty and customer support was great and super helpful. You won’t find a better chair for the price of this one!

This is chair is the best chair I bought and it is so much more comfortable than my old chair and the gaming chairs. This chair is so good for my body especially my back and it’s so sturdy in the bottom. If anyone is looking for a chair definitely go with a Gabrylly office chairs like this one. Came shipped safely packaged. Assembly took me 30 minutes and I used it for 1 week now. Its mesh seat and backrest are comfortable breathable. The leg rest makes my breaks very relaxing, especially when I combine it with tilting the backrest all the way back. The armrests can be adjusted in 4 different ways and they support my forearms while typing.Great value for my money. I love it.
