Saved a couple hundred $'s
This kit worked perfect. Repair shop wanted almost $300 to fix my truck shifter. I tried this first and after 6 months it's still working perfect. Excellent option if you have a minor amount of mechanical aptitude. Easy to install

Not an exact fit. Doesn’t adjust like the factory part would.
I installed it and it fit fine. It was not in adjustment so it tells me that it’s not a perfect reproduction. I took it for a quick ride and it wouldn’t go back into park. I almost rolled into a car parked in front of me. I found a flat spot and was able to get out and snap it into park by hand. It doesn’t seem to adjust up or down as it should so I have not been able get it perfect yet. The lock that you push down to lock the cable end in place is not the same as the factory clamp. That is where the adjustment fails. I have to take it off and clamp the cable, then spin the adjuster bushing by hand to get it close. It now goes into park but it shifts hard because the cable has play in it and seems to be hanging up in the casing. Thats all I can say it works but I luckily know mechanics and feel that it should have just worked. I may end up replacing the whole cable to settle the issue. Not what I was hoping for.
