I follow the instructions and the fit was great. There is a moulding cage to help keep pressure. It is somewhat uncomfortable, but the cage gave it a great fit. The guard holds in place really well and you have to really pull on it to displace it.

My son has braces and they fit him perfectly.

This is a good quality mouthguard. I followed the sizing guideline and got the adult size for my 11 year old son and it fit his mouth. Also followed the instructions carefully for the imprints. He felt it was too hot in his mouth at first so he blew on it a bit and then was able to hold in for the recommended 30-60 seconds. When we removed it unfortunately he took it out wrong and it smooshed the imprints. Not sure it’s usable for hockey.

These are not for use with fixed braces. The description is misleading. The package clearly states "not for use with fixed braces."

While I didn't use the "cage" they include during the forming process, as it didn't feel right in my mouth, the fit still turned out good and the mouthguard stays in place really well during sparring. I wish the rubber was just slightly softer, but overall I'm happy with it.

This sports mouth guard comes with a case, a attachment "leash" - for things such as helmets, easy to follow instructions and the mouth guard itself. The mouth guard is super easy and quick to mold to your teeth. Once molded, it ready to be used and abused - without worry and it's very comfortable to wear. These can even be used as a night/sleeping teeth guard - to prevent grinding, etc.

Even though the pictures show 2 mouth guards, this is a single mouth guard pack. The color is gold and black. It was a little bit for my child, but they will grow into it. It says it is for full contact sports, but we are using it for soccer. It is decent, not the best but not the worst.

Be sure to follow the instructions and don't put it in the same metal pot that you boiled the water in. I did that and it stuck to the bottom ruining the mouth piece. Ordered another one and it came out perfect when I use a different container.
