I chanced on this product as one that help strengthen memory. I thought to give it a shot. I am no stranger to taking supplements and believe that this explains why I have over the years seen doctors only sporadically? I like to keep clear of pharmaceuticals. I did not have a chance to experience the efficacy for memory because this product triggered heart palpitations right away. I went on to find out why and I believe I found the offending ingredient which is Huperzine A. In line searches suggest that this product side effect are causing a lower heart rate and of heart palpitations. I am sure this will not apply to all those that decide to take this product but I think it is best to be cautious. I stopped taking the product after three days and day 4 or 5 the heart palpitations stopped.
