Junetics Pure Energy Brightening Day Cream with Broad Spectrum SPF 50, 1 Ounce

I bought this product to serve as a daily SPF under my makeup that would not be thick, pasty or leave a whitish tint. I also wanted a product with moisturizing and other beneficial attributes since naturally it would be on my skin all day, every day. The product is nothing special in terms of how it feels on my skin, or how my skin responds to repeated applications. All in all would give it a 3 star serviceable rating as a sunscreen if it not BURN MY EYES. No, I don't put it in my eyes, and I am increasingly careful not to apply it close to my eyes (which negates some of the benefit of sunscreen/moisturing/skin benefits) but as your skin slowly warms the product it becomes less viscous and runs into your eyes. It burns, makes my eyes red and is somewhat difficult to wash out. Essentially it makes a hot mess out of my eyes and makeup, it is not that incredible, and it is expensive. I am going back to Skinceuticals SPF 50 tinted. It's in a very large bottle and never burns my eyes.

This felt really delicious on my skin and it has a high SPF. The delivery system is quite ingenious as it offers a tube which is lightweight with a tiny pump underneath. So you have the benefits of the pump and the light weight of the tube.I had not heard of this brand before but the quality felt excellent.

Protection against the sun and the dry winter months.We live in the high desert and buy a lot of moisturizers and sun screen. This product does a great job on the cheeks and neck to ward of the harsh sun and dry climate. Scent is mild but probably not for guys so much. Keeps the face soft and protected, but it does come off with perspiration. So, if you are in a humid climate, might be best used in the cooler months. Also, not recommended just before you exercise. A good product.

I liked that this did brighten my skin but I didn't like that it irritated my eyes (no, I didn't put it in my eyes but it found its way there anyway, since I tend to touch my face too much.). The high SPF is a definite plus, especially since this wasn't a heavy lotion. Not much of a scent so it didn't bother my allergies.

My wife uses this brightening day cream from Junetics and she liked the fact that it gave SPF50 protection and that it was convenient for those who are going to be outdoors.The only thing is she is not quite sure if it really works with skin brightening as she hasn't noticed any improvement.But she feels that having a facial sunscreen that protects and hydrates the skin is a plus.She recommends it!

I LOVE this day cream. It has an innovative tube with a pump, I've never seen that before. I use it under my eyes, to the side, the deep forehead lines, and then smooth the rest all over. It absorbs quickly and has a lovely scent, but NOT irritating and just a faint scent, gone in an instant. I use it under the daily powder, so it does dry quickly, as I put that right on after the cream.The texture is light and your skin looks better immediately. EVEN when you are so tired you're putting toast in the microwave. It still works to lighten and smooth the skin. At least I look a lot less tired than I feel :-)AND it has a broad spectrum 50 spf!! Like I said, this is the PERFECT cream. I love it.

This works well as a sunscreen. It is rather thick. I've not had it cause any sensitivity or blocking of pores on my face. The tube is good quality and doesn't leak when packed around.

Like the eye cream, this day cream is light, not sticky or greasy, and absorbs well. I'm not sure if my skin looks any brighter yet. I've been using it for a few weeks. I do like that it has SPF and my skin feels softer.
