Read the description!
READ DESCRIPTION. In a haste I missed where it includes a wire for headset to controller on Xbox 1... so it is in fact NOT true wireless. -.-. However it works fantastic! Sound cancellation is a bit of a lie, 3/5 but when you have sound running through the headset it’s pretty much 5/5 cancellation. Ear pads were a little itchy at first but after a good evening gaming they soon set it well!

Great! Really happy just a few issues.
The sound they produce is excellent. You have to let them wear in for about a week of moderate use on a moderate volume. in this time the audio will sound almost 'muffled' but after that the audio is much richer with a decent bass for gaming. The supplied aux cable can be plugged into your phone and you can listen to music from your phone whilst you play games or on the go. an unexpected feature but i love it!There is a slight fuzzy sound whenever the headset is turned on that is there constantly. But this is very quiet and is only just noticeable when the headset is not playing anything and the volume is on full.I am using it on a PC and i know it works differently for consoles. It actually uses the USB lead to both power it and run the audio on a PC where on the consoles it uses an fibre cable for the audio. All are supplied. You can change it to use the fibre cable on the PC as well (that's if your PC has the right connection) as this is what I am doing. The wireless sender module is big and chunky and also does not turn off when the computer turns off so whenever its not in use the lights on it are flashing indicating that it is not connected to the headset and needs to be unplugged. would be nice if it had an off switch or just less bright lights that don't act as a strobe when the room is dark! the only other criticism I have is that the audio is very quiet from the mic (that's what my friends have told me) so I use the mic on my webcam as that stops them from complaining. One thing that is annoying after having them for a while is there is no low battery warning. They just turn off... But this is not too much of an issue as you can use them while they are charging you just need a longer cable than the one provided. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend to anyone for use on both console and PC. definitely value for money for a high grade headset that can also be used as headphones for MP3 player etc.

Avoid buying
Had problems from day one. Chat volume works but can't adjust in game volume separately. The mic has never worked; tried it on friend's console and it still doesn't work. Was going to ask for a refund but based on other reviews it doesn't look as though we'll get one, especially as it's been a while since we bought them. Will have to buy Turtle Beach instead - several friends have this product and they do everything they are supposed to. This product has very mixed reviews.

Great for gaming
the headset is comfy, padding is soft foam, easily adjustable, a removable mic, easy controls, simple to install and simple to set up. charge time is about 2-3 hours and they last about 10-12 hours of use wireless. does still work if on charge. the sound quality is great. doesn't have much of a noise cancellation about the same quality as any ordinary headphones. works well with discord and steam. it also works well with the Xbox from my experience

Fantastic headset but does have drawbacks
Great headset! It works great wirelessly for the PC but unfortunately it needs to be plugged in if used with an Xbox or Playstation... holds a good few hours charge and doesn't take long to charge up. The headset is comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the mic pickup is really clean. The only issue is that it doesn't tell you when the battery is running out but others can hear a buzzing noise over the chat when it is. So you only know if they tell you or it dies

Problems
Headphones come with a separate USB transmitter and connected up a fine wirelessly. However.. There are severe problems with sound cut-outs. Every few seconds wireless audio output stops for a brief moment and then carries on. This made the headphones unusable. You can get around this by manually upgrading the firmware for the USB transmitter. From here:link: IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT UPGRADING THE FIRMWARE, THEN DON'T.THIS COULD BREAK THE TRANSMITTER PERMANENTLY - POSSIBLY OTHER USB DEVICES ATTACHED TO PC ALSOAfter upgrading the firmware for the transmitter and rebooting the PC, this fixed the audio cut-out problem and now the headset works a treat. So far I've not had any other problems with these headphones, they are not the best quality but for the price i think its alright. Just the issue with having to upgrade the firmware manually - that has let this product down.If the product worked correctly out of the box, then for the price i'd say its acceptable. For the effort involved in getting this to work properly (for me at least), i'd be wary unless you are pretty PC savvy.

Poor. Breaks psn connection.
Poor. We'll after reading some reviews I decided to bite the bullet and buy a pair of headphones so the wife can sit in peace while I'm on the ps4.Turns out that it kills the psn connection as soon as you set them up making playing online impossible. The sound was also breaking up at times. When it wasn't the sound quality was very good. They are slightly uncomfortable but most over the ear phones aren't great but after adjusting they are usable.Probably usable for games that you don't need a psn connection for or want to chat in the party.Disappointed but I'm glad I never paid the full retail price otherwise I'd be crying!

My son is easily bought!!!
My son thinks I am the best Dad in the world for getting him these headphones. They look good and sound great. The only thing that stops them getting five stars is the that the optical cable is the poorest quality one that I have yet to come across. I was unable to get any sound at all through the headphones until I swapped the optical cable with one from our sound bar which I knew worked.
