Well worth the money
Brilliant value cushion with a decent book about dizzy disorders, a pen and easy to follow instructions also enclosed. I bought it to use in my work where I treat patients with bppv. I don't use it for everyone but for those that have breathing difficulties, especially when they lie completely flat, this is better. And for those with chronic back or neck pain they prefer the support from this cushion and it still allows me have the head hanging at the correct angle for a successful Epley manoeuvre. Although I never really promote home treatment of bppv, unless they are returning patients who know what they are doing and have someone to assist them at home, I think this is easy enough to follow the guidance and use safely which is better than people going onto YouTube and trying to self treat bppv without having a proper diagnosis or insight into what the condition is, what vestibular canals can be affected and how to treat the affected canal.

I found this pillow extremely helpful it is very hard but that is the idea I would recommend this if you suffer from dizziness and vertigo the book was very helpful too.

Perfect for vertigo sufferers
Absolutely brilliant pillow for my vertigo. I wish I knew about this year's ago! The book is an excellent bonus too.

Waste of money and so uncomfortable.I bought this as I suffer from BPPV constantly and thought it would help, a couple of firm pillows do a better job
