Picked this up after dealing with a stubborn wound that just wasn't healing right. Honestly wasn't sure what to expect but figured it was worth a try. The texture is thicker than regular ointments - kind of waxy but not in a bad way. Goes on smooth and actually stays put instead of just rubbing off on clothes or bandages right away. No weird smell either which was a relief. Started seeing improvement after about 3-4 days of using it twice daily. The area looked less angry and irritated, and by the end of the first week there was noticeable healing happening. Took maybe 2 weeks total to fully close up, which was way faster than it was going before I started using this. One tube lasted me through the whole healing process with some left over. A little goes a long way - you don't need to glob it on. Would definitely buy again if needed. Seems to actually do what it claims to do.

It is honestly impressive with how quickly it works. The redness and irritation starts calming down within a short period of time and the area healed well over the next few days. The cream is easy to apply, absorbs nicely, and doesn’t have a strong smell or greasy feel.

I am a diabetic with a foot ulcer. I am healing much quicker after starting to use this ointment. It really does help fight against infection. This is amazing stuff, I highly recommend it.

Works great, but the price is too high

Ok - i have both legs full of itchy almost infected inflamed flea bites. Now before you come for me i started using this (it was helping) but i went to a doctor and they prescribed a topical ointment- i thought it would help faster. It did not. It made my legs 10x worse. I think i was allergic to it but anyway i stopped using that immediately and went back to using this. It helps with the pain almost instantly, it doesn’t have a smell and isn’t sticky at least to me. I have been applying it on all the bites and redness and then wrapping it with sterile wrapping and around the 6 hour mark or so they start to get a little itchy and uncomfortable meaning it has gone into my skin n i need to apply more so i am changing bandages 2-3 times a day depending on the day and cleaning my legs in between - its been absolutely horrible and i am miserable in case you were wondering. The only thing that has helped in healing my legs right now is this im unfortunately on my third bottle because i keep buying the smallest one because it gets to my house same day 🫠 but the smallest size only lasts me a day an a half or so. Im just praying it will heal faster so i can go on with my life but this has helped 1000x Picture 1 is Tuesday after using antibiotic ointment from dr and the 2nd picture is from Friday morning after cleaning them and using this product since Tuesday the 3rd picture is from when i first started using this product and it was helping right before i went to the doctor (Saturday)

After always using the same over-the-counter antibiotic creams, I was on the search for something better when I came across this. I have now purchased this item several times over the last couple years and have recommended it to family and friends. You can literally see the difference overnight and can use it for so many things from cuts, to finger splits in the dry winter, to acne, boils, etc. It is best to put it on twice a day and cover the area with a bandage if possible, but still works regardless. So much better than anything at the store.

Way too expensive for something that doesn't work

I can't get over how fast this healed my blisters! I had blisters on both feet from wearing shoes. I had no business wearing! I went three days with painful blisters, then found this and in five days they are gone! I am completely amazed! If you have blisters or anything on your feet that you need healed quickly, you need this!

I bought it for the second time because it's a must to have in your first aid kit. It really accelerate the healing in places of your body exposed to infection or difficult to heal

It heals faster than the other creams. But I think price is higher than it should be.
