All patches were on the ground
I bought this tape because it was highly recommended by several forums. The tape is supposed to have aggressive adhesion. I suggest anyone that says that should look up the definition of aggressive.I had several areas of the underbelly hanging down. The tape was used to mend the areas by pulling the underbelly up and putting the tape on the perimeter to hold it up. Very easy to apply and work with. I was surprised as the tape seemed to have very low adhesion but did stay. The next morning every patch was open again and many were laying on the ground. I found a repair manual online for manufactured homes. It recommended using a hair dryer to heat the tape after applied to make it stick better. I know that's everyone's goal is to crawl around under a home with a hair dryer. The next morning the patch I tried this on looked good.In the past I have bought a piece of underbelly material and used 3M 90 Spray Adhesive for patches. It has always worked great. I have patched several homes, and never had one fall off.I used the hanging tape, that didn't stick. I sprayed 3M 90 on the underbelly and stuck the tape back up. By the time I was done patching the rest of the underbelly, using 3M 90, the hair dryer patch was on the ground. 3M fixed that as well. This tape is more handy than using strips of underbelly because you have the spray the 3M on the underbelly and the strips. Using the tape, you just have to spray the underbelly, then apply the tape at the correct time, after the adhesive dries a little.I am very surprised that this tape is so highly recommended. Get a few spray cans of 3M 90, and it'll work fine.

Did not stick
Used this on a mobile home belly pan in 40F degree weather and none of it stayed overnight. It's possible the holes/patches were too big for this product to really work on. Either way, wasted my money.

does not come off once applied
works great, I use this to repair cuts and tears in the woven belly wrap of mobile homes. It does not come off once applied.

Great adhesion and very easy to work with
Time will tell whether or not this stuff stays put, but first impressions tell me it's an excellent product. We recently had an RV service center repair a split drain hose under our camper and they had to cut away the foam sealant and underbelly fabric to do so. They "repaired" the fabric with some sort of underbelly tape but it failed to adhere so I replaced it with this. The first piece I applied to the fabric immediately impressed me with its apparent adhesion. Will be road tested over 2,600 miles in the next couple weeks, so I'm planning on posting an update when we get home. In the meantime, the roll has been stowed in the camper for future use (hopefully never needed again!!!).

Sticks well
Looks like an exact replacement for the material on the underbelly. Had to cut open and remove water saturated insulation. Replaced insulation and repaired with this tape. Other reviews indicated that the tape was difficult to peel the backing off..... and it kind of was. I have fingernails so although I had to work at it a bit, it was not that big of an issue. The stuff is very sticky. Been on now only a couple of weeks, but still hanging in there.

Excellent tape, perfect repairs
This mobile home had many, many cuts in the underbelly at plumbing joints, I assume prior owner had let the pipes freeze and needed to do multiple repairs. They attempted to seal the underbelly cuts with black duct tape. This was 80% falling off or drooping loose. I pulled the duct tape off (barely stuck) and replaced it with Flex Mend tape. Wow, this stuff works and sticks really well. I was concerned it would be hard to press it up to stick to the underbelly, which just hangs from the bottom of the home, but the tape has instant grab and takes only a moderate swipe with the palm of your hand to make it practically impossible to pull loose again. It looks identical to the original underbelly material. There were two areas where a couple square feet of the orignal belly was missing so I had to use multiple strips to repair this. The Flex Mend sticks to itself really well too, so the large area repairs appear to be just as strong as the original membrane. I had no problem applying the tape - just get agressive with your fingernail on one corner to distort the membrane and start pulling it from the backing. As instructed, only pull the backing paper from the end of the tape, align and stick that end, then pull the paper loose while you stick the rest to the underbelly. It's much easier than it sounds, even laying on your back in the dirt with a roll of tape and scissors balanced on your stomach.

Good quality for the price
The tape worked good it was a little lighter weight than other brands I’ve used in the past but it still did a good job. I used it to repair the fabric under a trailer when I had to cut it open to repair a water line.

Nice and light but didn't stick for even 6 days
It is a nice light tape, so you don't get the sag in the underbelly of your travel trailer. The backing on it is definitely a pain to get off. It seems to stick so far. We will see how long it stays :)**Edit** this tape didn't stay on for even a week! We washed the under belly with soap and water, then used rubbing alcohol everywhere the tape would be and more. The tape was put on a completely dry surface. This trailer didn't move from its spot and the tape came off within 5 to 6 days when we had returned. Terrible tape! Will not buy again and I will not suggest this product to anyone!
