Fracoda Nonstick Frying Pan,Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Skillet,PFOA-free Fry Pan,Induction Omlette Pan,Dishwasher Safe - 8 Inch

I bought this Mr Roudolfs pan because I wanted to use an induction cooktop hot plate and it had a steel bottom. So using the pan on the induction hot plate it said not to use pans that are coded meaning non-stick. The pan buy mr. Rudolph is good on the stove but average on the hot plate. It heated up water fairly fast but had a hard time up up to 375 degrees. U Derek normal cooking conditions it is a nice all around pan to use. Bottom is flat not warped like some has said. I am pan frying chicken in it now but the first batch turned out fine.

It's truly non stick, easy to clean. Love it! I'll definitely be purchasing more of this cookware line.UPDATED REVIEWI've had this pan for a little while now and it's still great. I had a real challenge for it yesterday with a melted jolly rancher type of situation. I had my doubts but I stuck with the cleaning instructions (no abrasive scrubbing and no dish soap, just hot water and a paper towel) and, to my delight, the mess came right off. Like it was never there. I'll definitely be buying more from this brand.

I love it but it didn't last the year I bought it May 2020 and it's January 2021. It started chipping.

Excellent looking pan. Good heft and appearance. Pan bottom not flat. At first thought damaged. But close examination reveals that bottom of pan is pointed at the center of the bottom. From edged to edge completely around the pan is about a 1/16 inch rise from center and results in rocking. No problem on a gas range or such. But it is rock and roll on a flat cooking surface such as a solid base electrical or any ceramic top ranges.Disappointing, as the rest of the pan and cooking surface is top-notch with a really nice heft and feel.

Mr Rudolf 11-Inch Frying Pan is true triply, so far no issues and a much better way of cooking then reg fry pan without a Non-Stick Coating.

Love this pan! It's heavier than expected! should last a while. Absolutely nonstick! I use very little spray and it always wipes clean.

Great skillet. Nice, shiny stainless finish and a better-than-typical nonstick interior. Had it for a month and it still looks brand new. Makes me a better cook...perfect fried easy-over eggs without breaking! Love it.
