I ordered this to put in the basement to give myself an area for a small bar. It is a great little addition to my downstairs. When you are putting it together make sure that you are paying close attention to the hole alignment, or you will have to take it apart to correct the error. It works great for what it is intended for, and the price point is even better. The added lights are a nice feature. I do wish that the light cord was ran through one of the legs to make it easier to hide.

I really wanted this bar to be reversible (short side on the other side) and the last photo in the product photos showed it as such, so I bought it. Unfortunately no instructions on how to do so, and I couldn’t figure out how without drilling…The lights are dumb. They are plug in and only fit the length of the long side, I’ll probably have to tape the plug cord down the side of the bar and along the floor to the socket so it’s not noticeableBut I think it looks super clean. Love how tall it is! Sturdy, doesn’t feel cheap.If I hadn’t spent over an hour trying to figure out how to reverse it, it wouldn’t have taken me more than 2 to put it together, good direction booklet… wish I had an Allen wrench drill bit for my power drill because that would have cut my time by half. It’s allllll Allen wrench bolts.

Great for the basement

This was exactly what we had been wanting but did not want to spend $500 plus on a bar. We caught this "on sale" for $179.Assembly is no more difficult than any other cheap furniture I've assembled but did take roughly 3 hours. No misalignment issues, just use common sense and don't immediately tighten each fastener upon initial installation. Do yourself a favor and pick up a pack of washers as the acorn nuts are not quite large enough to properly seat against the slotted holes in the frame pieces. 6mm or 1/4" washers should work, you'll need about qty. 20 I believe.Overall the unit is very sturdy once assembled and both the main frame and the foot rests at the front have adjustable feet to allow for leveling on uneven surfaces.I will note that the LED strip that is provided will only span the underside of the longer section of the bar, not the entire "L". No big deal. Remote for lights works, won't be downloading the mystery app any time soon.The expanded metal mesh on the front is magnetic so you can stick kitchen magnets, bottle openers, etc. to it.All around this thing looks good, finish is more than acceptable on both frame and the shelves, and I am entirely satisfied for a <$200 bar. No regrets on this one.
