Need more frustration and garbage in your life? Buy this. This load of crap is the final boss of crappy mass produced fixtures. I have built more particle-board furniture with an Allen key than I can count, and this thing was far and away the worst of them all. I must’ve gotten a set that should’ve been rejected at the factory. I’m mind blown. From missing pieces to totally upside down or just flat out wrong pre-drilled assembly holes, trying to build this took time off of my life. If you’ve read this, let that be all the time you spend on this item. It nearly disintegrated when touched, God forbid you screwed anything into it. What a waste of money and time.

Easy to assemble, solid when wheels locked, easy to move around.

Good stand. We needed it for our homeschool presidential debate. Adjusts for heights. Sturdy. Has a small extra shelf for needed items. On wheels. My kids put them together. A little bulky to store would be my only negative.

Not worth the money. Not sturdy.I purchased this for my classroom as a prop that my students could use while delivering speeches, thinking it would be useful for me as well. I chose this one because the price was decent and it was available for next day shipping. While it did come in time, there were some defects, such as the poles not being properly threaded. Because of the defects, I cannot change the height of the podium. The top is wobbly as well. Unfortunately I gave it more credit than I should have and used it to hold my school issued laptop, which ended up falling onto my tilefloor and breaking (teachers will feel my pain- in almost 20 years of teaching I have never broken a school-issued device before and a laptop is not cheap.)If you are using this to be used only on occasion and only holding a smaller-sized book, it is probably worth the money. If you are a teacher looking for a classroom lecture that you can actually use- save your money and put it towards something more sturdy.

The lecturn is great for its price .the wood platform is beautiful! Sturdy to hold services with it.

Very difficult to figure out how to connect the two support poles together. ( Step #4 of the picture instructions) I would still be trying to figure it out or gave up and returned it but decided to re-read the reviews on the thing. Thank you S Lee for your video! It saved me! The rest of the building project went ok. Haven't used the lecture yet so can't judge that part.
