Forgot to take photos before the party but bread slices still in good shape after traveling jumbled in bag to/from party! Made 7.5 quarts of dip (3 flavors) for party and six loaves of tube bread (sweet white, light rye, steakhouse brown) and this rotary bread slicer is AMAZING...my husband took over because it was so fun to use lol. Can't wait to do a wedding shower tea with perfect canape bread slices not to mention a mini sandwich spread at our next family gathering! Thank you to the other reviewer who mentioned doing a slicer comparison with her daughter's German bread slicer because that helped me make my choice and I'm very happy with this purchase especially at this price point.

I brought my daughter's German brand slicer over to compare both slicers on my homemade sourdough, with inclusions. They worked equally well; I had no issue with either of them! I love using my cute slicer on bread, bagels, croissants... Adjustable widths, tidy slices, and ease of use is what I was looking for. Yup, I needed this! (BTW the packaging was spectacular!)

We make our own gluten-free bread. We love it but it is dense with a hard crust. For years we’ve tried many different bread knives but never were able to cut consistent slices, whether thick for French toast or thinner for regular toast or sandwiches. This is the ANSWER to our dreams. We now cut our bread as thick or thin as we want. No more bread slices that resemble rolling hills with thin tops and thick bottoms - just perfect slices every time. No more frustrating mornings caused by uneven bread. Absolutely worth the investment.

At first, this manual bread slicer seemed effective, but after cutting just a few slices, the markings started peeling off. I only noticed when cleaning the counter, and realized we had eaten bread with ink from the machine. This is both disappointing and unsafe. I can't trust this product and wouldn't recommend it.

Game changer for me! The slices come out perfectly! Fast and very easy to use! I have cut round and rectangle loafs and it has worked beautifully! Highly recommend!

This bread slicer was a gift for my daughter-in-law who has become quite the bread baker! She had wanted one for sometime but the cost stopped her. This machine is very well made with a real wood base and attractive on the counter. The suction cups hold it in place very well and the slicer handles thick crusted sourdough bread with ease! I had read a ton of reviews for slicers like this one and several had issues with the suction cups not holding. I think this brand of slicer is equivalent to the super expensive brand.
