My printer worked amazing but I then had an issue with it and with thin 5 mins of talking with technical support they had the issue figured out and a new one on the way.. I will most definitely be buying more from them in the future for my shop and my tattoo artist here ..

This is a very good Tattoo Stencil Machine. This tattoo stencil printer is compatible with cell phones and PC. Users only need to download Phomemo APP, and then connect the printer via Bluetooth in the APP.It supports with iOS and Android System. Or we can download the driver in computer and connect the PC via USB Cable. It also supports with Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS and Linux systems. So, it is very widely used by many people.Another thing I like is: It's light, only half the size of traditional tattoo printers. It's more portable and easier to install paper. This tattoo supplies contains (1) 10 sheets of thermal transfer paper, (2) a Type-C charging cable, (3) a docking station, and (4) a nice-looking velvet pouch. i've been wanting to add semi-permanent brow services to my home salon offerings & this little pink machine has made that process so much easier. as someone who works in both mechanical & beauty fields, i appreciate tools that simplify precision work.setup was pretty straightforward - downloaded the app, connected via bluetooth & was printing my first test stencil within about 15 minutes. the connection with my phone has been stable with no random disconnects which is refreshing compared to some bluetooth devices i've used.print quality is impressive for such a compact machine. the lines are crisp & detailed enough for precise brow mapping & design work. i've tested it with various design complexities & it handles both simple outlines & more intricate patterns equally well. the thermal paper produces stencils that transfer cleanly to skin with proper prep.what i really appreciate is how this streamlines my workflow. i can create or adjust designs digitally (way easier than drawing freehand repeatedly) & print consistent stencils for each client. this has cut my brow service prep time nearly in half & improved precision.battery life is solid - i've used it for an entire day of clients (about 6 hours) without needing to recharge. the included 10 transfer papers got me started, but you'll definitely want to order more as they go quickly with regular use.a few downsides keeping it from 5 stars: the app has some translation issues that make certain functions confusing at first. took some trial & error to figure out all the features. also, the pink color is cute but doesn't really match my salon's more industrial aesthetic (wish there were more color options).occasional paper jams happen, especially if you're not careful about how you feed it in. nothing major but mildly annoying when you're trying to prep while a client is waiting.overall, this has been a worthwhile addition to my salon tools. if you do any kind of precise beauty work where stencils or templates would help, this little machine is definitely worth considering. just expect a bit of a learning curve with the software side.
