I am over the moon with this beautiful Bible! I love the space it has for note taking and how light it is to carry around considering how thick the entire book is. The paper is not like a standard old fashioned Bible, it's more like a normal book, and is great for taking notes on. The text, though small, is clear and really easy to read. There are no maps and no concordance notes in this Bible but that is a good thing, in my opinion, as it cuts down on the weight of the book. Be aware that sticky notes will likely damage the pages when it removed. I used some transparent Post It notes in the Bible, and then removed the note after two minutes to move it further up the page, and it damaged the page immediately, so be aware before you stick one of those in the Bible and then need to remove it later, as it began to tear and distort the page as I tried to remove the one I put used in my Bible. It comes with a pair of ribbons and they are nice and long but there is room at the spine area of the Bible to add more if you wish, which I fully intend to do. I believe this Bible would make an absolutely wonderful gift for someone who writes copious notes in their Bible. It's also perfect for someone who loves to add art to their Bible as there is ample space to do so. However, I suggest the user uses coloured pencils rather than alcohol ink or paint as the art medium, as ink or paint would definitely seep into the page, and show through on the back of the it, which would ruin the next page completely. I love the fabric that the Bible is covered with, as it looks and feels really nice. Also when taking notes inside the Bible, the pencil marks erase really well from the pages, they erase every mark left behind on the pages. I will never go back to using my old Bible, as this one is far better. It's actually become my constant companion and I take it literally everywhere with me.

A great book to have in your library

I bought the Amazon Warehouse version, but after seeing this Bible and the way it is put together, I would easily pay the full price. It is handy with a note keeping side. Good looking with cloth and writer’s paper. I am yet to see the yellow pages that has been mentioned. Yellow is yellow. Beige is beige. Cream is the colour I would the describe it. It lays flat. The words of my Lord in red and space for notes at the back and on the side of each page. I would call this a personal study Bible. It is a bit heavy. If you have any struggle carrying heavy things then you might want to use it in your private time with God. There are no drawings. This isn’t a colouring book. I guess anything that encourages people to read the Word.

Beautiful book. Easy to read and find the explanations just below the original text. The papers are thin but I think that’s the same in most Bibles to fit it all into one book. It is a weighty tome but that adds to its quality. I bought one for myself and one for my husband so we can study and learn together. The only thing that slightly lets it down is lack of a ribbon bookmark, which is a shame.

Very good quality bible worth every penny very easy to read and very well laid out bargain for the price and it feels and looks worth £25-£30 all day long feels made to last for years and feels very official great size as it is quite large and I would definitely recommend also kjv is one of the best versions and has been trusted for many year I’m very pleased with this product and I hope and pray than anyone who reads this gets closer to god and enjoys studying his word

This is an excellent King James Study bible. I like everything about it. The hardback cover is sturdy and classically stylish. The layout of the pages are user friendly , with Book outlines and boxes of information which include doctrine , archaeology and cultural insights . The Index to Christ , the Index to Paul and the Index to Prophecy at the back of the Bible are particularly useful. If I could only have one study Bible this would be it.
