A riveting and possibly life-changing read
There is a lot of info on this topic out there. For me often more confusing than helpful. Reading through EAT YOUR BRAIN wants me to spring into action and help myself by providing the right stuff for my gut so I can think better and be my happy self. Straight up great advise on many small topics that is easy to follow and doesn't bamboozle me with jargon. I'm going to buy a whole bunch of copies to give to all my friends and family for Christmas. For those who are willing to read it it will be most helpful with the potential to be life-changing if I take myself as an example. A riveting read that falls right between the cracks of 'healthy eating', 'medicine' and 'science' in this emerging field of metabolic psychiatry.

An informative joy to read
I curled up for a few days and zipped through the book. It’s an easy yet informative read. Stephanie’s writing style is accessible to the lay person as well as giving more tit bits for ‘the geek’.All the dietary and lifestyle advice is offered in a nonjudgmental gentle tone. I’m applying many of the suggestions to my own life as well as passing on hacks to my patients and family.Thank you Stephanie.
