adaptare Flat Ribbon Cable

Very good seller, delivered before stated delivery date, in perfect condition and well packaged.Excellent product, Used this to fit a sata3 add-on card where my only available spare pcie slot is obscured by my graphic card. Just enough room to fit the cable in the slot below the gpu's cooling fan so you can utilise the slot from another location in your case. Obviously it depends on the model and size of your graphic card (mine is Radeon HD 4800) but if you have at least 4mm clearance it works perfectly, even if there is less clearance on your card you may be able to slightly modify the gpu fan outer cover without affecting proper operation/performance.Note that you may have to slightly modify your add-in card or case fitting since most back-pane slots sit directly in line with other slots/ports on your mobo and as your add-in card is designed to slot in to one of these you will find that the cable and card connector cannot fit above any vacant mobo slot unless it is modified however in many cases this is quite easy to do - e.g. repositioning the card on it's back-pane (in my case the card had two screws holding it on and I simply r-positioned by moving it up one position) you can also use a low-profile back-pane (many cards come with this as optional fitting or you can buy them very cheap online). Whatever the circumstances a little thought and ingenuity will provide a suitable solution.

the cable is as adertised,and delivered promptly.However i still could not get it to do what i wanted.mainly this is because motherboard manufacturers do not allow enough space between pci-e 1 -16 slots!!.The heatsink is just too big,on a video card,as i use the x1 slot for my audio,i hoped it would leave enough space,but it got caught on the plug at the bottom,so back to the drawing board.If i might dare to make a suggestion,could you not make the plug come off at a right angle,so it,s not too high!!.Many thanks though for the cable it was worth a try

not sure if this product worked...needed quite a bit of clearance which my gpu wouldnt allow...if you have chunky casing covering your pci slot this may not be the answer

So far so good. I actually received a triple pack of these. I had no idea this price was for three!

Works fine on my GTX 750ti LP, had no problems with it.
