Gatorlyte Powder Orange, 16.9oz (Pack of 6)

I've been told I need more electrolytes. This is a cheap, easy to use and mix, tasty way to add that with very little calories and in a conveniently small, good-quality disposable tube that doesn't waste a lot of materials. I just dump a small amount into the bottom of a glass and run water into the glass and it dissolves easily. The variety pack ensures I can enjoy different flavors and not get bored with a single one.

I purchased this to use to hydrate while traveling Europe. Easy to pack. I took it with me hiking one day, and was very grateful. Ended up doing 30,000 steps that day and didn’t have lunch. I think my body was pushing hard and I know this was the only fuel keeping me from cramping up that day. Also took this wi the me while traveling through wine country. Helped me hydrate mid day, as I was uncertain if electrolyte beverages would be readily accessible. Lastly, I used it at Oktoberfest, which does not allow outside beverages in. I was able to keep this in my purse, and buy a water bottle at a food vendor to rehydrate my body for the long day. Flavor was good. A little more sugary thank I prefer, so I would water it down a bit vs what the packaging recommends.

So very very tasty a lil tip I stretch mine out i put it into 20/30 oz water bottle I use no sugar V8 diet splash the red one pour my gator juice packet in a 20/30 oz water bottle full of it & add one watermelon packet which is very delicious worth every penny I have an electrolyte imbalance so these are are good as the Pedialyte I drink one a day to stay hydrated as I sweat alot due to being hot natured & thyroid issues buy it & try it you'll love it as so will little ones when sick it's best on ice it's super delicious & you know your hydrated when the water in the porcelain throne is clear or vaguely yellow it does act quick happy with the quality & this is affordable I recommend it!

Super convenient, tasty, effective. Larger packets for 16 oz of water are a better deal though. Strawberry lemonade is good too

Tastes great and helps with rapid hydration. Mixes well into water without clumping. Does give me a bit of heartburn.

I have one of these every day. I sweat so much when I work out and can get dehydrated easily. This really helps me to get in fluids and sodium. They taste great too! I can even drink this while working out and it does not upset my stomach. The mix dissolves easily just by shaking a bottle or staring in a cup. I use more water than recommended when I mix this because it can taste very strong and salty if you don't. If you like gatorlyte these are a much better value than buying the bottled version.

Great electrolyte drink & flavor. A lot of other electrolyte brands have an excessive amount of B vitamins that don’t help post evening workouts. It took awhile for us to figure out why we were so wired after a late night gym session and had a hard time sleeping. After doing research, we found gatorlyte has ZERO B vitamins. We tried it out and boom! Sleep issues gone. We bought multiple packs & flavors. Everything has been very good so far

I get that carbs from sugar are essential during active times to help with energy, but sometimes I just want to make sure I'm hydrating when I go long periods without drinking water so this is a great option without all the sugar to keep up your hydration.

It has the same taste as if you would by the bottle.

Love this formula! I run ultra marathons and this formula prevents stomach issues and cramping!

Good product. Will never taste the same as the premade bottle but very close. *** personal mix is 3/4 mix and a 500ml bottle water. Otherwise, it’s too sweet.
