I'm only 5'2" and this just fits without being too big, but I do have to tighten it so half the Velcro is not being used. Even with only half the Velcro connected to get a tight fit around my neck, the brace works great! And because you can pump it, it puts you in control of how much stretch you're comfortable with. The directions didn't mention that you first need to adjust the ball that is inside the tube. There is a little metal ball inside the tube preventing air from going in or out. Once you adjust it you can use the squeeze pump to control the air flow.I had whiplash and have 4 herniated discs in my neck and this has really helped manage the pain!

I used it. I thought it would stretch my neck a little better. It doesn’t do to bad if you don’t mind being choked by a really weak midget that is standing on your shoulders. It does hold up to a lot of pressure.

Feels good on the neck while sitting up watching tv.

Got this for my husband he put it on and started to pump the air and nothing happened then we noticed a big lump in the hose I'm assuming this is why it would not pump sent back and did not get another because why wait and be in pain and take a chance with another defect

I used to have one with only two pillow things, this one has three and it works a lot better.

Does not work, Velcro scratches your neck
