This is my go to right now! One of my favorite upscale restaurants used this for their ginger margarita & paired it with ginger candy so I HAD I get my own. It's a game changer, it tastes so good, fresh, sweet & bold ginger flavor, spicy but not too spicy. I like sweet drinks so it's not too much sugar for me but it can be if you pour too much. It may seem expensive but A little truly goes a long way. I would compare it to putting the syrup in your coffee, just enough to coat the bottom of your cup. It's a syrup so the consistency is thicker. I love the natural ingredients, that's a big plus for me.

Perfect compliment to sodas, teas and cocktails. Product is easy to add to drinks and does not take a lot to add hint of cinnamon.

Always good. Not just for alcoholic drinks, makes good tea, punches up ginger ale. Let your imagination run wild.

I enjoy trying new flavors in my coffee and wondered what this would be like. Fabulous! Even better with some freshly ground cardamom. Consider buying the larger bottle if it's something you think you'd enjoy, it's much cheaper per ounce than the smaller one.

Great flavor to cocktails

I use Liber syrups all the time, to rave reviews, I also gift them to friends and family. The Caramelized Fig syrup is absolute magic in whiskey cocktails, from Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, a Vieux Carre, and even mixed 50/50 with their Demararra Gum syrup in a Sazerac. This stuff is straight magic. HOWEVER, they will screw up your orders frequently by sending the 9.5oz instead of the 17oz, and because of amazon's return policy on these its a pain in the ass to deal with. On another unrelated note they will also put them loose together in a box with no padding, or packing. One would think this would lead to a horrible sticky mess that has the potential to grind to a halt the entirety of US Domestic shipping. The glass that they make these out of should be researched for use in submarine windows, tank armor, perhaps it would even facilitate the conditions necessary for sustainable nuclear fusion to be possible, as it is utterly indestructible. 2, 9.5oz glass bottles shipped in an oversized box with a single square of brown paper as "cushioning" and neither bottle sustained any damage.

Not bad, but has a very strong cinnamon extract type taste. Similar to cinnamon chewing gum. Not bad, just not what I was expecting.
