Great product, Makes cleaning floors and spillages really quick and easy, self propelled so no need for over exerting, cleans brilliantly.

This comes with a US charging dock so don’t buy if you will be using in UK. I had to contact the manufacturer direct to obtain a UK charging dock (£39.99) and I was also told that warranty was reduced to just a year because I didn’t buy direct from Shark. Amazon UK customer services were initially not that helpful, I had to do all the sorting out but eventually they agreed to refund me the cost of the UK charging dock.

Mud season here in the Pacific NW was especially bad this year with the addition of our 10 month old Newfoundland puppy! We are cleaning the floors 3, sometimes 4 times a day and they are dirty again 5 minutes later! Enter the Shark HydroVac. It hasn't reduced the number of times we need to clean... but it sure makes it easier! I can vacuum and mop all in one pass! What a revelation! It's the best thing since sliced bread! It's nice and light weight and it does a good job on my vinyl floors (which are quite smooth). It's not great at deep cleaning, it doesn't scrub very hard, but it cleans up the mess quickly and efficiently. I'll still do a deeper clean every couple weeks, but this keeps my home presentable until then. I also use this in my gym where I have installed the pebbled rubber stall mats as flooring. It does a decent job on those floors, but to get into the pebbled surface I really need to use some kind of scrub brush. But this little HydroVac picks up the heavy dirt and makes me feel like the floor is reasonably clean. The battery is enough to clean my gym (about 300 SF of floor cleaning) and most of my family room floor (Newfie-ville is about 600 SF of cleanable space) before it runs out of power. It would be nice if the battery lasted a bit longer, but I understand there are tradeoffs in weight with a larger battery, and I'm very happy with the light-weight feel of this unit.

Excelente ayuda para limpieza del hogar. Te facilita mucho el trabajo y no necesariamente debes gastar una fortuna en comprar específicamente el líquido de SHARK como lo indica el manual. Yo le pongo lysol diluido y funciona perfecto. Me arriesgué porque en mi país no venden el líquido SHARK y aquí en Amazon no siempre lo tienen o me costaba más de $1,000 comprar un bote ya con todo y los costos de importación. En pisos de muy alto brillo como el porcelanato, sugiero que primero barras tradicionalmente e inicies la limpieza por el área que más te interesa que se vea bien porque si no barres antes, cabe la posibilidad que el piso quede marcado (como con marcas embarradas del rodillo) esto no pasa en ningún otro tipo de piso, en el resto de tipos de piso se ve todo perfecto y no es necesario barrer antes para que luzca impecable, así mismo es muy importante lavar el rodillo (al menos) después de cada uso para garantizar que el piso quede lo más limpio posible. Un tip es que los pisos quedaran mejor de acuerdo a lo menos sucio que lo tengas previo a la limpieza!!
