Comes in a box small enough to fit in my mailbox. Very sturdy and works great. I live in a one-story ranch style house with about 85 feet of gutter on front and another 85 feet on the back. This item works great to get most of the junk out of the gutters without using a ladder. I used the shovel attachment to clear a lot of wet leaves and other stuff. Perfect length. whatever is left can be washed out by rain.

Ease of cleaning was fine. Maybe 15 minutes into cleaning my gutters the shovel broke. The brush worked fine and was sturdy considering it actually had screws to make sure it stays intact unlike the shovel.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this product due to the cost. It was cheaper than the others but looked easy to use. We have used it once as of this review. We used the scoop. It was easy to put on. It came with tools but the tools did not fit this product. We used our own and was able to tighten the screws easily. It fit perfect into our gutter and was done in just a few minutes. I only gave 4 stars as the tools that came in the box did not work with any of the screws/nuts on this product.

Pretty good quality. It goes together well. The pictures of the bolt-and-nut connectors are reversed from what came partially assembled, but that was easy to figure out. The scoop is nicely sized, small enough to fit my vinyl gutters, which are narrower than the common aluminum K-style gutters. It worked well.

DOESN'T FIT INTO MY GUTTERS. I guess the shingles overhang & take up some space. if I force it into my gutters, it will break the roofing shingles.

All high quality except the brush came fallen off with screw fallen off.

The first time I used it the small scooper detached from the pole while in the gutter. The holes in the pole were too small and did not allow the buttons on the scooper to fully seat in pole..I had to get a ladder to retrieve the scooper from the gutter. I drilled out both holes in the pole to make it fit.That corrected the problem. Now everything fits secure but I have not had the opportunity to use it to give a review of ihow well it works. Overall I think it will work as advertised to clean out gutters. But unless you are willing and have the means, to possibly make a few small adjustments to make it work, it might not be for you.
