Overall, its mesh is so fine water goes down slowly. Good built quality. The only concern is the silicone handle its easily removable at times it fells off and there is a high probability I’ll loose it to the sink drain. It should have been permanently attached to the handle.

Makes a great cup of coffee. I used this to replace a plastic one I had. Love that it's stainless as I feel it's safer and cleaner. I use it every day but would also be freat for travel

I got this after visiting a friend, who had something similar. The one my friend had, used a paper filter, which slowed the brewing process and made the coffee stronger. I like using a French press and thought this might be a good mix as it should allow the oils through the mesh filter but not require disposable paper filters.Unfortunately, water pours through too quickly for my tastes and the resulting coffee was on the weak side. I suppose this could work if you spoon the grounds into the hot water to steep and use this as a strainer, but then you'd have more to clean.

This is really very small and takes awhile to use, but it does work how it should and would be best for camping or travel instead of everyday use

I'm not using this as a "pour over coffee dripper," but instead, as a filter for 3D resin printing--and it works great! It's stainless steel and is really easy to clean the resin off with alcohol. When pouring (and filtering) back into the bottle, I place this inside a funnel (carefully holding both with 1 hand while pouring with the other). It's a super fine filter, so it catches anything that shouldn't go back in to the bottle.Also, one of the problems with resin is that you have to shake the bottle before using, BUT "not too much" otherwise you'll get air bubbles in your resin. WELL, not any more--SHAKE THE HOLY MONKEYS out of it, then run it through this as you're filling the vat and it comes out glass smooth without a single bubble. I love it!Now I just need to 3d print a holder that secures my funnel and this filter without having to hold them--hummm, that's my next project.The ONLY thing that's wrong is that black little plastic hold comes off--literally falls off on its own. They should have done something simple to secure it properly. Other than that, for $10, it's a great solution and additional tool for 3D printing.

This is my first pour over coffee dripper so I may not have the experience of many other pour over drinkers but I have been an avid coffee drinker for over 20 yrs. I can say that this is an easy process- put coffee in the dripper, pour water on coffee, wait for water level to decrease and repeat until desired amount in cup. So easy and great for a single coffee drinkers like myself. Another advantage is that you use less coffee grains than using a coffee machine because the ability to pour the water more precisely where its needed. The size is listed on the product page as 4inches in height and that is accurate, so for those reviewers complaining that it is too small for them and decreasing the review rating, shame on them for not paying attention to the advertised size and faulting the product. This is a great dripper for making a single cup and provides easy cleanup and reliability as a stainless steel construction.

All I can say is WOW!You may need to experiment a little, but the journey to coffee perfection is worth the work. The way I use mine is I manually grind whole beans to a spot between fine and medium coarseness, leaning a bit to the medium course side, and then pour them into this pour-over coffee dripper. I heat the water to 200-degrees Fahrenheit and then splash some water over the grinds just to wet them. I let it sit for about 10-15 seconds and then slowly pour the rest of the water over the grinds. It's so good that even my wife, who prefers a lighter coffee flavor, very much likes this pour-over method of coffee making.I've never ever tried pour-over coffee making, but this little coffee buddy has made me a true believer in this coffee-making method.
