I love the concept of this baby nail filer—a fast, safe way to file down baby’s sharp nails. My daughter is 16 months old and I have been struggling to clip her nails for months. This product lets me file her nails relatively quickly before she squirms away. It is very quiet and the light on the end is helpful. My only complaints:The file attachment I’m currently using (the blue one) is already getting worn down and some of the sand-paper is coming off of it. Also, it claims that you can use this on adult nails as well, but the two metal attachments that they say are for adults are so rough that they destroyed my nails, while the coarsest of the baby ones is too soft and does nothing.Bottom line: good for the price, but could be better made.

The battery compartment didn't fit the batteries in a way that it worked. I had to solder the positive side so it would reach the second battery.Once properly assembled it worked great!

Used this for trimming my baby girl's nails and it worked well. Must be careful with application as the strength of the product is high even on the lowest setting. I like that it came in a box with different applicator tips. Some are softer than others. This trimmer can be used on regular adult nails too (I've tried it on myself) and works well!

I found this to not be adequately powerful and had to return. Motor stopped with very modest pressure. Maybe it would be OK for a baby or child?

Doesn’t work. Of course I bought it early and when I opened it to use on my baby, I was outside of the return window. I used multiple sets of batteries and it never turned on. Don’t waste your money

It is gentle enough not to hurt my squirmy baby, but I only used it once and the file broke apart. I would need to order a replacement file every time I used it so it's not economical or practical.

Works well and my two month old doesn’t mind me using it on him. Also can use it on my own nails as well and that’s a plus.

It’s very quiet and gentle! We are able to use it when our baby is taking a nap, but when she’s awake and active it’s a little hard to handle, because she wants to just move. But overall, my husband and I are happy we bought it!
