I initially got these for a family member with glucose sensitivity, but I can say after pecking on a few myself, you can't tell the difference between this and the original recipe! The flavor is spot on without any major difference, that same creamy feeling that melts away in a heartbeat, but somehow even softer and so much more pleasing. It can soften in your hand and simply runs over the tastebuds! Melts in your mouth, but not quite in your grasp, making it easy to unwrap without it getting trapped in the wrapper. For a sugar-free product, I would say it's superior to the original! If you're looking for something with a little less sugar but just as sweet, I highly recommend giving these a try! Be warned, you'll go back to the bag again and again!

Delicious but only 8 caramels per bag,32 total,too pricey,won’t be buying again unless they lower the price.

These are exactly what they say soft cartmels. I love to suck on them after i take out my dentures at night. I ordered 4 at a time so I don't run Out. Fresh and satisfying

Excellent sugar free candy but much, much too expensive. Package only includes 7 pieces of caramel. I won't be buying more until the price is reduced.
