Wonderful
I used this to modify my 1up Arcade, and then sold the arcade for a nice profit. The device worked wonderfully. The monitor is Model # M170ETN01 1.If you are using this monitor with this adapter, it will work great. The power supply on the 1up will fit into this adapter. Hint, the red wiresm go on your left side with this adapter and the 1up M170ETN01 1.The white ribbon wires will stay in the same place (these connect to the board with the buttons)You can ditch the other part as it is not needed with the 1up Arcade. Please check the model number of your monitor to assure compatibility. Not all monitors in the 1up have the same model number. I included a picture with the monitor (model number clearly seen) and the set up I used. Note the power plug, in the picture, is not in place.

Another Arcade mod completed.
I purchased this following the same guide everyone else is commenting here, and modded a rampage cabinet to run a raspberry pi. Works great, and has been running for about a week now without any issues. The only thing I wish was the wires being just a little longer, but I mounted it above the screen and it's working great!

Great video controller!
Great little board for my Arcade1up LCD screen. (Double check if it's compatible with your display!) Easy to connect and can use existing Arcade1up power cord. With this, I can connect anything with HDMI, VGA, or DVI to the Arcade1Up display. Nintendo Switch, XBox 360, PS3, XBox One, PS4, Raspberry Pi, NES Mini, SNES Mini, Sega Genesis Mini, to give a few ideas.I pair this with plastic stand-offs to mount the board, though. I would never use double-sided sticky tape to mount this. (Yes, I saw videos showing this and it's a bad idea. Electronics need stability and cooling.)

First card noisy picture, second fine
Card installed in my Arcade1up machine. Works fine but the picture has a lot of noise in it. I read that it might have something to do with distance from the screen, but moving it around had no effect. As far as the wires would go, nothing different. I am not using the extra power card module, and have disconnected the control board which I do not need. Still noisy.UPDATE: got a replacement and the new card works perfectly with no noise. Must have been a cold solder joint on the first board. If you see sparkles or video noise in your card, it might be defective.

Handle Carefully
Great product, however, I have the MK Arcade1UP and the inverter cord is short. During install, I shorted the board by touching the metal housing of the lcd screen and fried the LCD inverter board. ETA Prime’s cord has a lot of slack in it, I ended up soldering longer wires to the inverter cord and was able to mount it to the wood frame. Overall great product and is a must have for the Arcade1UP mod.

Works perfect for Arcade1Up!
You don't need the "HIGH VOLTAGE!" daughter board, and you can discard it. I like that it provides you with a board where you can adjust all the monitor settings, and have actually used it to make my cabinet's monitor look much better at the viewing angle I look at it from. Gives you HDMI, VGA, and DVI, as well as a 3.5mm HDMI audio jack, which I use to get audio from my Pi. Nothing bad to say at all about this product. Works as intended and is very simple and straightforward to set up and use!

A tip for those not getting audio... just buzz
Shipped and arrived very quickly. Works perfectly out of the box. Just follow directions on ETA Prime video for Arcade1up.I wanted to offer my experience with the buzzing / no audio some people mentioned. I had the same issue. The problem is not with the LCD driver. It's a configuration setting in the Pi. I had to add a line to my /boot/config.txt file to force the audio to the HDMI output. If you search online for "retropie no hdmi audio" you'll find the answer. There are 3 lines I had to uncomment or add in the file to get the HDMI working. Apparently, the Pi doesn't recognize this HDMI board right off and has to be forced to output HDMI video and audio in the config.txtFor the audio I had to add the following line:# May not be needed for all HDMI deviceshdmi_force_edid_audio=1That got my audio working perfectly. Also, be sure to use the audio jack on the far right of the board.
