Exactly as described. Fabric did not have an odor (a plus!). The color did not rub off onto a white onesie the baby was wearing. The buttons are a little messy, but if you follow top to bottom, they are fine. You can tell that this is literally a cutout of a pattern and the edges are stitched together. The fabric is just one layer of fabric sewn along the edges. It serves its purpose overall well.

This was super adorable, and for the price
This was super adorable, and for the price, you can't beat it. Material is very stiff though, so make sure you buy large enough. My kiddo is on the larger side, and I knew it would potentially be a bit snug. It fit, but when he sat down, the buttons came undone. Not an issue with the product, just needed a bigger size (which they didn't have when I ordered).

It looked beautiful when it arrived, but I always wash my baby’s new clothing before he wears it. Washed it and the colors ruined the pineapple design they turned pink!! So disappointed with this item.
