Seems solid quality and fitted and works as expected

I have been trained as a locksmith and I have been trying to find a good and Secure lock for my house, I do not like yale think it is over priced and cheap made but I came across Xfort and the barrel looked good but wasn't sure on the key design. For £30 for a 3 star lock with 5 keys I thought why not try it. Just delivered today and fitted it, the key is very smooth and fits nicely in the fingers. Comes with 5 keys as I said but it comes with a card so you can get more if needed, you will have to go to Xfort as they will not be stocked in many places. I will give it a couple of weeks of use and if anything changes I will update this review if I don't it means it's all good.

This lock is very well made. Fits easily and is good value for money. To have 5 keys is an added benefit.

Lock seems good quality comes with 5 keys. The thumb turn can be removed via a grub screw if required to aid fitting lock. There is a red arrow and a small red dot to show the thumb turn is in the correct position when locking/unlocking the door and it also has to be pushed in slightly to operate. The keys all fit and there is no problem getting any of them out of the lock. Replacement keys are expensive but as 5 are supplied hopfully it should not be an issue. Contacted the seller with a question and recieved a quick response. Overall pleased with performance and quality of this lock. The keys have an indent on the plastic part of the key this shows which way up the key should be facing when its inserted into the lock. Usefull if its dark as you can feel the indent.

The cam is only 8.1mm wide (my other locks are all over 9mm) and would not operate the door. I even changed the lock body for a brand new one , but it would still not operate. I have used the lock on another door which seems to operate o.k..

So far so good!I hope will last more than other brand whomlast only 6 months.Very smooth and precise.Ease of installation, flawless functionality.

Works well, providing you know your measurements and when you do it's great! Easy to install and 5 keys with it although the keys are smaller than I expected, theyfeel sturdy and I don't think they will bend or break as easily as others

Excellent we measured correctly and it fitted perfectly. Nice to get 5 keys . Good quality very sturdy. Liking the idea of the turn lock inside instead of keys too.
