I’m 5’9” and weight 225. I got the large? But was thinking maybe I should have got the medium for better support. After a little razzing from my wife said regardless or small or medium you got a gut and I should get rid of it instead of trying to hide it. I agreed while finishing off that last doughnut. Hey, Not everyone can stay sexy like her. 30 years of marriage and she’s still smoking hot while I’m trying to keep from passing out while tying my shoes.

I'm not sure what other reviewers here were expecting. I got mine, and it is exactly what I thought it would be: a compression tank style undershirt. No, it won't automatically make your beer belly look like you have a chiseled torso, but it does help reduce some of the unpleasant side effects of being overweight in normal clothing. Sort of like spanx, but for overweight men.

Doesnt do what is described. The picture is a little misleading because its really just a glorified tank top.

For those that are saying the this don’t work it’s a liar. Maybe it doesn’t work if you have a big hard belly but if your just big, this will work. It’s extra tight so buy the size you will normally use for short, assuming you don’t wear your shorts very wide. My son wears a medium in shirt and I bought this a small and it’s too tight so I will be ordering a medium for him .

I purchase the XXL and the top areas are okay but the garment isnt long enough to keep your gut in. The ride up and then you end up with the plumbers crack issue which chucky men deal with. Again I have to laugh at the ads for these garments notice its all guys with perfect bodies. These ride up and basically dont work on bigger men with a stomach which is why I got these. The garment itself looks like quality once washed it gets even smaller. So if you have a small gut or love handles maybe these work but really they need to be longer and thats not offered.

If you blame me for having a big belly, well, that's why I needed this product right? And know what? It doesn't serve the purpose it is supposed to be used for.I purchased a couple of them for my gym workout while it is mentioned that they can be worn under any regular dress during any regular work.However, while it feels really hot and uncomfortable to wear due to the nature of the design, it will also not keep your belly down, if it itself is not down enough already. If you have a little extrusion around your lower abdomen, this shirt will insist on staying on the pinnacle, haha.While it can help you burn some extra calories having it under your normal attire, I didn't find it worthy enough to create the load of discomfort for the tiny amount of benefits. Rest is for your wise consideration.

The slimming tummy shaper belly vest runs big. Before I bought the product I had ask for a suggestion and reply was 2xl it came in and it doesn’t shape my body because it ran big. In the description box the product has a chart size but really you have to buy one size smaller than your average size so if you wear a xxl normally buy an xl. Great communication from the seller. A 5 star for customer service. 4 stars for product and information provided. So remember buy a size smaller than what you usually wear and it will fit perfectly.

This product did nothing. It's just a tight shirt, it doesn't act as a gurdle or tuck anything in. I recently lost over 40 lb and had loose skin over my belly, I bought this shirt to tuck in the loose skin but it's literally just a tank top with elasticity. My measurements were almost exactly the same after putting this product on, it did little to nothing and I could have spent my money on an undershirt that was just one size too small for me.
