Excellent and healthy! fine Belgian chocolate. Thinner rice layer, better balance and taste than other cakes. sunflower lecithin is better than soy too.

The chocolate has obviously been heated when stored because all the wafers were stuck together, ruining the appearance and making them extremely difficult to separate..
