I love the smell and how easy it is to squeeze the oil out of the capsules and work it through the hair. It leaves my hair feeling soft and nourished for a healthier look.

I've been using hair serum capsules for several months now, and it's not an overstatement to say that they have transformed my hair. I have somewhat curly shoulder-length hair. I've used many expensive shampoos and conditioners over the years, but my hair continued to be very dry at the ends. It was so dry that it was a different color from the hair on the top of my head (dark brown at the top and orange-ish at the ends). These serum capsules have made a huge difference. Now instead of feeling like dry straw, the ends of my hair are soft, moisturized, and the same color as the hair on the rest of my head. (Please note that these should be used on the bottom half of your hair. If you put it near the roots, your hair would look greasy.)I know I sound like an advertisement, but it's true!I've used several different versions of these capsules, and they're similar, but this one has some advantages over others I've used. First, it's a bigger bottle. There are 50 capsules in the bottle, while other brands usually have 40. Second, the capsules themselves may be a bit bigger--they seemed that way to me, not only the size of the capsule but the amount of oil inside. Third, they are not as strongly scented as others I have tried. The website says the scent is avocado, but it smells fairly neutral to me (like a rain scent). Actually, these have very little scent while some others I tried were strongly scented.The main ingredient in these capsules (as in other capsules) is not a natural oil, but it doesn't matter. Whatever it is, my hair loves it! Not only is my hair softer, more moisturized, less frizzy, and no longer bleached, but I have also saved money on other hair styling products since using these. I no longer feel the need to pay a fortune for salon shampoos and conditioners now that my hair is in better condition.If you have dry hair and you've never used these serum (oil) capsules before, you should definitely try them!

Initially I wasn't convinced that capsules were a good idea, but then I started to think about how it would prevent me from using too much and keep the rest from deteriorating due to being exposed to the air.One capsule does provide more serum than expected, if you let it warm up in your hands it will thin out allowing you to have even more coverage throughout your hair. I used this at night on the roots and pulled it through to the ends using two capsules as an overnight leave in conditioner - it definitely left my hair softer. I also used it on damp hair only applying it from mid-way to the roots, it was just enough to avoid making my fine, thin hair greasy.

I can't say enough good things about this oil. There are multiple varieties of it on the market right now, in different color capsules, and I have tried several. Honestly can't tell the difference between them - it's a great oil.I can never figure out how to twist off the capsule opening, so just cut off the little tip with scissors. I have shoulder-length hair, and one capsule is just about enough; I suspect for people with longer hair you might need to use two. A good indication of whether you've had "enough" is whether any oil is left on your hands: if they feel clean, you've used up all the oil, and you need more. If hands are a bit oily, you've had enough as hair can only absorb so much oil at one time. If some is left over, you've head enough.I love the way hair feels after this oil. It's very soft and silky to the touch, but also very shiny. Having said that, it's not oily and does not require more frequent shampooing. It calms frizzy hair and provides more definition to the curls (that's my hair). My husband's hair is straight, so it's just soft and shiny.It seems a bit pricey, but think about how much you get. In a salon, you'd pay much more for this oil, and it won't be the same quality ingredients. So well worth the price. Overall, great product; highly recommend!
