Played Up Pompey Too Hardcover

After the first edition, more ex Blues were tracked down for the purpose of dishing the dirt on former colleagues. As a fan for over 50 years I can recall the episodes cited and of course, at the time, we had very little idea of what was being said inside the Pompey camp. Whilst the views of these players is of great interest now, one feels even they are not telling the whole story - but that's exactly what one might expect. These are vignettes, not testimonies in a court of law. Nonetheless, very entertaining for the ageing fan.

Brilliant book of historical interest, arrived early well packaged.

Arrived faster than another purchase through Prime so happy with that. Great book about a great and famous club. Some funny stories from the greatest players to ever pull on the glorious royal blue shirt. PUP PTID

A must read for all Pompey fans, some very funny stories and some shocking that may change you opinion of some ex Pompey members.

It's this course is half as good as the last one it will be a good read

I purchased this for Christmas so I haven't read it but nephew loved it .
