Great product well packaged still in trial period of using but seems to work excellent and does seem to help bowel movement with any support supplement you must give it time. Overall I’m happy

I have never had a more positive experience with and herb and this particular brand of supplements/herbs. Triphala by Himalaya Herb Co. Is worth a try by anyone who has a digestive system... It changes everything. I have borderline Irritable Bowel Disease and decinite Irritable Bowel Syndrome from taking a well know acne pharmaceutical in my teens. Nothing has helped, temporarily or permanently, until now 15 years later. Triphala helped regulate everything in my digestive system. More importantly, my other organs were finally healing due to proper nutrient absorption. I lost 27 pounds by the end of week 6 (was taking 1.5 tablets every night with 12oz. Water before bed the whole time) Have recommended this to friends and family. Expect good results from this product...remember that it will take a few days to a week before seeing a consistently amazing change. Keep taking it for a month and take a before and after pic... You most likely won't be disappointed. I don't represent this brand or this product I took Ashwagandha by the same company (white bottle with Orange cap) a year and a half ago and still take it every day. It cured my anxiety, depression, and stopped my organs from failing after a drug and alcohol overdose. I started Ashwagandha the day I got sober By month 2 I was free of benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, alcohol and drugs, and my liver And kidney levels were within normal levels .. This all after a liter of everclear with 150 Zoloft 100mg pills...found a day later and forced into a coma due to serotonin syndrome. The fact that I am alive and typing this would not have been possible without the help of Triphala and Ashwagandha. Triphala with Ashwaganda is a good candidate combination for a true panacea. The product came as expected and was of good quality. The problem was its effect on low blood pressure for SOME. I took it for three days and on the third morning I passed out while getting out of bed and hit the floor pretty hard. Complete black-out. I already have low blood pressure and read that this herb can exacerbate that. In fact, it helps to lower blood pressure. So, IF you have low blood pressure- please do your research and approach with caution. But, wonderful product and I'm sure it helps many without my particular needs. I have had zero problems with rising in the mornings or getting up since I stopped taking it.
