Great Addition for Explosive Strength Training – Perfect for Football & Track Prep
I bought these SELEWARE Adjustable Lever Arms for my son to add to his home gym setup as he prepares for football and track season—and they’ve been an excellent investment. He’s been using them to work on explosive movements like squats, presses, and pulls, and I can already see improvements in his power and form. Installation was pretty straightforward and they feel super solid once attached. The adjustability is a big plus—we’ve been able to change up the height and angle depending on the lift and the muscle group he’s targeting. The quality of the welds and hardware is impressive too; they feel gym-grade. These lever arms allow him to train with purpose, focusing on the kind of explosive strength and movement he needs for the field and the track. He’s excited to train now, and as a parent, it’s great to see him so motivated and having the right tools to stay safe and progress. Highly recommend if you’ve got an athlete in the family working on speed, power, and performance.

Avoid these
Don't waste your money on these , very flimsy and cheap and can't handle much weight at all, very dangerous to workout with and unstable. You get what you pay for. The 1" collar adapter fell off when I was changing it and fell into my rack somewhere and I'm unable to find it so now I can't even use the thing.

Fine for the price but don't overload
I bought these for a 3x3 (75x75) rack with 5/8 holes. These are my first set of jammer arms. I did not want to spend 3-4 times as much for a name brand product just to have them sit collecting dust. If I use them a lot I suspect I am going to need something built heavier. They fit snuggly on my rack with the included 3M rubber adhesive inserts. I intend to primarily use them on an up angle from my rack for a pull-up station (high enough that I don't have to bend my legs) and shoulder presses of various angles - static and dynamic. For pull ups one side sits about an inch lower than the other. Not a deal breaker as I simply turn around every other set to even out any asymmetry. The handles are a little on the short side for me (I'm 6'1") - so that I have what would be a wide grip if I was gripping a standard bar. I would prefer the handles to be longer so I could get a stander or even narrower grip. The description says it is rated for 600 lbs - I would never try to put this much weight on them. 300 lbs each side seems like a recipe for disaster. Even 100 lbs on each side for a standing dynamic overhead press the brackets were really flexing. I hope I never have to drop even that much weight. And if I jump up for the pull up station same thing - lots of flex when I grab the bar (I weigh 220 lbs). So far I am happy with them for the price, but well see how they hold up if I keep using them very much.

Very well made sturdy lever arms
Very sturdy, well made affordable lever arms. These get used at least 5 times a week in my home gym, once you figure out which exercise that you would like to preform and find the right holes on your rack, you’re in business, I preform at least ten different exercises with these throughout the week, so they get moved up and down my rack constantly and they are holding up good. Great product.

Would buy again
I have a small home gym. I don't have the best of the best so I look at things different. I have a limited income, I absolutely love these. The only thing id suggest is pay attention to how you place t he buffers. If wrong they will push apart. I added a piece of all thread to hold them solid.

Feels dangerous, cheap, and Generic, but gets the job done.
I use these arms on my Mikolo M4 All-in-One Smith Machine Functional Trainer and it feels dangerous. It doesn't have any guides to come back to the bars its attached to, so I have to be extremely mindful of my decline and not letting it go off the bar left or right which feels a bit of an oversight. Like many others, the bars feel cheap and I guess that's what you get for budget jammer arms but it feels cheap to the point of being dangerous. I rarely use these now as I have progressed past the point of weight this thing can or should handle (Like many others say, underload this thing, I wouldn't trust it with much weight) and find very little use for it now. A bit disheartening considering how much I paid. I would personally have just bought better quality arms but these do get the job done if you want to save a buck, but again, I would advise against that and maybe save up and get a brand name instead.

Great Price with possible drawbacks
Soooo, I gave this a five star review even before I used these lever arms. That's because they were easy to install and have a good range of motion. Also, you can't beat the price of $121 on Prime Day ($142 regular price). Here are 2 of the things I know I won't like, but since I'm not willing to Dish out $500 - $1K plus for a nice trolley system and saftey locks, I'll just have to deal with them: 1) They are not going to be super safe to use since they just hang. Going to have to careful so they don't come crashing down. 2) Going to be time consuming to switch arm positions. I was really impressed that I was able to even modify these to work on my rack. My rack is a 2x3 with 1 inch holes. I had to buy Kaizen Power Rack spacers (along with the stick on spacers provided) to make up extra inch on the 2 inch side as you might see in one of the pics. Another pic shows no spacers yet as I had to order 2 more. They come in 2 packs for $30 but you need 2 for each arm (if you have a 2x3 cage). I may change my rating after use. I plan on trying shoulder press, bench press, RDLs, squats, split squats and more.

Buy once cry once or buy this and keep you some tissue handy
Fitment was terrible. The 1inch adapter would not tighten on the peg. The mount did not fit flush with rack it tilted down with just the weight of the arms. The mounts would bounce against the rack flexing the welded areas on the mount when arms returned to the start position. The pin that holds the arms in place are weak. No way these mounts are rated at 300 pounds not even 150. The arms are great. The mounts or adapters are trash. It won't last

Surprisingly high quality, very surprised, very happy Arms have a bit of lateral sway, ideal for a good squeeze when doing a chest press motion.

Los brazos tienen mucha movilidad por lo que es muy incómodo y peligroso a la hora de poner peso

These Jammers are absolutely brilliant. Really smooth, super easy to install and allow for modifications. They don’t come with position pins to set the angles but you can do this easily using spotter arms . The exercises you can do with these is endless. Used so far for seated chest press and back rows. Can’t sing their praises enough . These are also rock solid for 130£ !! The rotation on these is a great feature so will be able to use for rear delt flys .

This product is a great addition to any home gym, offering versatility for a variety of exercises. However, safety is crucial when using it. If you're loading heavy for chest or shoulder presses, ensure your rack is either bolted to the ground or weighed down with a couple of 45 lb plates otherwise, it will tip over. Unlike some other versions, this model does not have locking pins to keep the lever arms in place, meaning you'll start presses from a slight deficit. To counter this, I’ve found that resting the lever arms on the barbell hooks makes liftoff much easier. While I could only upload one video, rest assured this product allows for a wide range of exercises, making it an excellent way to enhance your workouts. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add variety to their routine, but I cannot stress enough the importance of using it with caution.

Price is outstanding for the increase functionality from being able to set the starting heights (or limits). However, the pins and supports that attach to the rack started warping at 90lb load when fully extended. Still a great product and recommended for home gyms.
