This shower bar works well once it adheres to your bathroom wall surface. I did initially have a little difficulty getting both ends to stick simultaneously, but that’s probably due to human error. Installation is really pretty straightforward once you figure it out. So far so good getting it to stick in place. This bar really has a strong and powerful grip when using. Definitely makes me feel more secure having something to hold on to when getting out of the shower. The look would have been better all white, but it still doesn’t look too geriatric. I’m learning to embrace safety over aesthetics as I age 🍃Happy to recommend…

This handle is exactly what I needed. I am fixing a frameless shower door and I needed something to hold the glass with that won't move. This sucker is perfect. It attaches super easy, it's strong enough for me to lift & manipulate the glass door without a problem and it comes off in a snap when you lift the locks up. Really great product, holds very well and doesn't disapoint.

I added this suction attached grab bar for a slippery guest bath shower tub combo, but it isn't quite as good as I had hoped. I have a similar bar attached in the main shower bath and it has held on for about 6 months, but this one fell off within the first hour. Both baths have the same tiles, which have a very slight surface texture and not glassy smooth, which could cause issues with some suction based attachments. I did prep the surfaces with alcohol prior to attaching, so it doesn't seem to be a surface issue. I did notice that this one was shipped without protectors over the suction cups and it is thinner than the other one that works. The lever for the suction cups are also much lighter to engage, which probably indicates less force. I wetted down the tiles and the suction cups and attached it again, but I'm not yet confident that it won't come off unexpectedly if someone puts weight on it. This might work fine on perfectly smooth tile or glass, but I'll probably get the other one that I know works rather than take the risk with this one.

This grab bar sticks to smooth surfaces very well but it won’t stick if you try and put it on textured tile or over the grout between tiles.
