Nice but.
I originally got this mat for the tub. But it ended up by the bath sink instead. Mat is very well made with no smell. Not the best for acupressure but great if you’re using it to stretch your arch out. The reason I haven’t used it in the tub was the cleaning issue. The nibs were so tight together that hair or dirt would lodge pretty quickly. Just my thoughts.

Not Life Changing
We like this a good amount, but would like it more if we had measured the shower floor (which is a stall). It covers the drain if it's not pushed against the side, so be sure to think that one through. It's not life changing but the pressure does feel good on your feet overall. Can't hurt to try it.

Takes some time to get used to it
Took some time getting used to the mat. Somewhat painful at first but actually each time more tolerable.

This was way too hard. It's hard plastic. Not at all like rubber or silicone.

It's a health treatment at home
This is like getting a reflexology treatment in your home -- I love this product -- when you first start using it there might be some discomfort -- just go slow and get your feet used to it -- after a while you won't notice you are standing on it and that will be a good sign that your feet are loosened up enough.

True acupressure mat
High quality. This is a true accupressure mat.Its not soft and squishy like others I have tried ... you WILL feel it on your feet.

My dog loves this!
Perfect for her to roll around on. I tried it too, feels nice on feet. Blunt points, not too sharp. Large size and durable material.
