Has become my daily supplement. You can deffintely feel te effect on you. You arent as stressed. It made me drowsy for the first day or three, but now I'm all good. Doesnt taste weird and easy to take it.

It really works.
This is my wife's account: The first ashwagandha supplement I used worked perfectly; I tried good brands but they didn't work for what I wanted. However, this one really works… I saw results in a short time. Besides improving my sleep and making me calmer, the main focus I was looking for was increased libido, and this one really worked. I'm in pre-menopause and my libido was super low, nonexistent actually, and with this supplement I had a significant increase. I highly recommend it.
